Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue. This role requires a self-motivated leader with a proven track record in business development, preferably within influencer marketing, digital media, or talent management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and strategic networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics within the influencer and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Design and execute a structured sales strategy, including outreach campaigns, direct marketing, and participation in industry events.
- Create tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives and position Chtrbox as a strategic partner.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal finalization with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client servicing, campaign execution, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills :
6 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in influencer marketing, digital media, talent agencies, or content-driven industries.Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, digital advertising, and content marketing.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build C-level client relationships and close high-value deals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.Entrepreneurial mindset with persistence, creativity, and resilience in pursuing leads.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
