Description : About the Role :

Were seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with 47 years of hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to transform complex problems into elegant design solutions that delight users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping and user testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate insights and feedback into clear, actionable design improvements.
• Ensure consistency of user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Work with UI designers to maintain a cohesive design system and style guide.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
