Your Mandate as Co-founder & Chief Business Officer

Your role is to be the chief architect and evangelist of this advisor-first ecosystem.

• Build the Community : Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and success of our advisor partners, scaling the community from our initial hundred to a national force of thousands.
• Architect the Partner Journey : Design and refine the entire lifecycle of our partners, ensuring the RFL platform provides unparalleled support in technology, branding, and content.
• Champion the Movement : Be the public face and voice of our mission. Articulate our vision at industry forums, in the media, and directly to the professionals whose lives we aim to transform.
• Drive Strategic Growth : As a founding team member, you will have a critical role in shaping all strategic decisions, from P&L management to future product and market expansion.
