Brand & social media manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President Brand & Social Media Marketing with a strong background in trading Capital Market Financial & Merchant Banking. The ideal candidate will manage our Marwadi Chandarana Group presence across various social media platforms including Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and others. This role involves ideation strategizing engaging with the audience and collaborating closely with partners.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement across all platforms.

Manage daily operations of our social media accounts including Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and others.

Ideate and create compelling content including features and product videos in collaboration with the content and product teams.

Collaborate with internal business and marketing teams and external agencies to build holistic brand positioning and communication on social media platforms.

Track trends in pop culture and new social media trends and techniques

Set measurable monthly goals for growth build and implement systems and scale our social media platforms

Track performance and understand analytics to gauge whats working and whats not and tweak strategies accordingly

Find new and exciting ways to engage our audiences via social media channels to drive awareness conversation and affinity for our brand and its content.

Find and negotiate with the right vendors as and when required

Skills :

Proven work experience as a Social Media / Strategist

Basic understanding of Trading Merchant Banking Indian capital markets and personal finance

Excellent writing communication and management skills

Takes ownership and initiative passion for social media and a growth mind set

Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and innovate.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
