Senior Meta ads Specialist - D2C eCommerce

About Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist who has hands-on expertise in scaling D2C eCommerce brands in US, UK, or European markets.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven performance marketer who understands how to manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network, while maximizing key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPA, CAC, AOV, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network for international D2C markets.
• Create, test, and scale ad creatives aligned with brand positioning and audience behavior.
• Manage audiences, pixels, and conversion events to ensure accurate tracking and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and GA4; provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Continuously A / B test ad copies, creatives, formats, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversions.
• Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, D2C market shifts, and competitor strategies across global markets.
