Salesforce Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce deployments, release coordination, and environment management . The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with Salesforce Flows , release processes, and the end-to-end deployment lifecycle within complex Salesforce orgs.

This role will be responsible for managing releases across multiple environments, ensuring quality, stability, and timely delivery while collaborating closely with development, QA, and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Release & Deployment Management

• Own and manage the full release lifecycle —planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing releases across Salesforce environments.
• Handle deployments using tools such as Change Sets, Metadata APIs, or DevOps tools (Copado / Gearset / Flosum preferred).
• Ensure consistent environment management , including sandbox refresh cycles and environment readiness.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Maintain release logs, deployment documentation, and compliance controls.
