Our commitment to operational excellence, accountability, and partnership ensures our clients and candidates receive an exceptional experience at every step.SummaryPTR Global is seeking a proactive and data-driven Talent Analytics Manager to lead analytics and reporting initiatives across our recruiting operations. This role plays a critical part in driving business decisions through data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with polished communication and an understanding of recruiting operations, enabling them to present insights that enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.Job DescriptionLead the development and maintenance of analytics dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards for recruiting operations.Analyze recruiting and delivery data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.Partner with delivery, sales, and client engagement teams to translate analytics into actionable business insights.Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports for leadership and client reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Support RFP responses and client deliverables by compiling accurate, data-driven metrics and operational summaries.Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple recruiting systems and reporting platforms.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and documenting best practices in analytics and process reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally to align recruiting analytics with broader business and operational goals.Serve as the subject matter expert on recruiting performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.Requirements5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or operations within recruiting, talent acquisition, or professional services.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.In-depth understanding of recruiting processes, performance metrics, and workforce reporting.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights.Proven experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, or performance scorecards for leadership.Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multipledeliverables and deadlines simultaneously.Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Why Join PTR Global?At PTR Global, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives recruiting excellence and client success.
