Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head (International) based in Greater Noida . The role involves :

  • Leading and managing the international sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Driving merchant onboarding and relationship management across global markets.
  • Developing and executing strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Overseeing end-to-end sales processes and ensuring smooth merchant activation.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and partnerships to expand Payomatix’s international reach.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and merchant satisfaction.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding international sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in International Sales Leadership , Merchant Onboarding , and Team Management .
  • Strong understanding of Fintech , Payment Gateways , or the Digital Payments Industry .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple international markets and time zones effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
