💼 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NC Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in SolidCAM to support machining operations, toolpath creation, and production optimization. The ideal candidate will have a background in precision manufacturing or aerospace component machining and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality CNC programs that meet engineering and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize NC / CNC programs using SolidCAM (mandatory requirement).
• Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications.
• Generate efficient toolpaths for milling / turning operations based on design and machining constraints.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to ensure machining efficiency and part quality.
• Work closely with production, design, and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve cycle times.
• Conduct simulation and verification of NC programs to eliminate errors before production.
• Support process planning, fixture design, and tool selection activities.
• Ensure adherence to aerospace / manufacturing quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements to reduce rework and scrap.
• Maintain documentation of programs, tools, and process sheets.
