Work Type : Onsite 5 days

Working Hours : Night Shift (as per Mexico Time zone)

Staffing Industry experience

Education : Bachelor's degree

Required Skills :

2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT Staffing and / or IT Services industry (Perm Placements / Direct Hire, Nearshore Hiring, SOW)

Supported SI / IT Services organizations

Heavy end to end recruiting and sales life cycle experience

Prior experience with Client Relationship & Communication (Hiring Manager, TAG, MSP, Procurement)

Prior experience of Sales and Account Management experience

Prior experience with ATS, LinkedIn and VMS tools

Prior experience with CRM tools - Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Navigator or similar

Prior experience with HubSpot and Zoom Info.

Technology understanding is highly preferred.

Ideally supported LATAM / Mexico region

Excellent English communication skills

Great personality and interpersonal skills

Spanish language is highly preferred Skills
