US Development LLC is a dynamic real estate development and construction management firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use projects across the U.S. East Coast. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our India-based remote team, working closely with our U.S. operations.

Role Overview :

The Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst will be a key member of our financial modeling and investment analysis team. The role involves supporting the underwriting, development, and investment evaluation of residential and mixed-use projects — including multifamily rentals and for-sale condominiums — across the United States.

This position requires advanced financial modeling expertise , strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable investment insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain detailed real estate financial models (including DCF, sensitivity, and scenario analyses) for real estate development projects.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment strategies and acquisition decisions.
Prepare clear, concise investment memoranda, deal presentations, and portfolio performance reports.
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams across acquisition, development, and asset management functions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns.

Qualifications :

2–5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, preferably within development or investment roles.

Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with U.S. EST hours.
