Role Overview
Seeking an HR Technology Leader responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, and end-to-end process and project management. The role focuses on enterprise automation, digital operations, and driving innovation across modern HR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver HR technology solutions with strong customer engagement and robust process / project management.
- Drive automation, operational efficiency, and digital innovation across platforms such as Microsoft Azure / OpenAI, Workday Extend / Illuminate, ServiceNow, and other emerging technologies.
- Lead initiatives on automation, digital operations, and new technology development to enhance HR service delivery.
- Manage a forward-looking HR technology roadmap, optimizing existing capabilities while adopting next-gen digital HR solutions.
- Provide global guidance on HR technology, collaborating closely with IT and vendor partners to ensure seamless, continuous service.
- Enable continuous improvement and support change management and compliance activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Proven leadership experience in HR technology solution design and delivery.Hands-on expertise in automation and efficiency initiatives using Azure / OpenAI, ServiceNow, and Workday (Extend / Illuminate).Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and Workday preferred.Experience implementing automation across HR business processes.Strong people-leadership skills; prior line management of 5+ team members in a matrixed, multi-cultural environment.Job Level Expectations
