About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated and target-driven Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding dues while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. This opportunity is with a leading private sector bank known for its digital-first approach stable growth and strong presence across Retail SME Agri and Microfinance segments.

Location : Ludhiana

CTC : Up to 4.0 LPA

Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end collection activities for the assigned portfolio.

Conduct timely follow-ups and recover overdue payments.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and commitments.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case resolution and reporting.
