KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Strong facilitation capabilities with grounding in instructional design principles, including Bloom's Taxonomy and the ADDIE model
• Proficient in end-to-end content development using tools such as Articulate, SCORM packaging, and Canva
• Skilled in creating high-impact presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering engaging training sessions
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, tracking, and learner data analysis
• Understanding of LMS platforms, digital learning methodologies, and bite-sized / micro-learning Master's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a training or facilitation role
