Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Python Full Stack Developer with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in UI / Backend development, database management, and DevOps practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and strategic business development skills to drive successful project delivery and expand client relationships.

Key Skills :

  • UI Development : Angular UI development, RESTful API integration.
  • Backend Development : Python (data handling, API development).
  • Database Management : SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), schema design, query optimization, data security.
  • DevOps & Tools : Git, CI / CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI), Docker.
  • Testing : Unit, integration, and API testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Leadership & Business Development Skills
  • Strategic planning and input for short- and long-term business goals.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and managing development teams.
  • Client relationship management with a focus on B2B / B2C channels.
  • Strong proposal creation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Angular (frontend) and Python (backend).
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure optimal data handling processes.
  • Manage database design, query optimization, and data security.
  • Oversee CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
  • Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and API testing.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B / B2C channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and project strategies for potential clients.
  • Maintain client / project databases and ensure timely receivables and collections.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication before, during, and after delivery.
  • Work with internal teams (commercial, marketing, supply) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate strategic costs, benefits, and feasibility for client projects.
  • Leadership growth opportunities.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in Python full stack development.
  • Proven experience in Angular UI development and RESTful API integration.
  • Strong background in SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
  • Experience leading development teams and managing projects end-to-end.
  • Business acumen with ability to drive client acquisition and retention.
