Great research breeds great design. Design researchers carefully investigate human experience and behavior, dream up new ways to spark and distill insight, and inspire teams and clients to address people's needs through bold, optimistic design.

At Social Innovation Studio we are looking to make a difference through design. We identify and address core human needs to create solutions that lead to healthier and happier lives. We partner with non-profits, social enterprises & purpose driven organisations on projects around : System Design, Behavior Change & Human-Centered Design!

In your role, you will work alongside a cross-functional team along with the users to understand the ground reality of the problems we are solving with our partner organisations and implement solutions.

Your key responsibilities are

• To work on the research processes end to end across different projects - research, strategy, insight finding, support ideation, prototyping and delivery.
• Use Quantitative & Qualitative research methods to gather insight & document the process
• Analyse Findings to identify trends, patterns & opportunities for impactful interventions
• Cross Collaborate with teams to develop innovative Solution Design
• Communicate experience strategies through tools such as Persona Creation, Flow Maps, Customer Journeys, Mental Modelling, Quick Mock ups etc.
• Document & Create Research Reports through Cross Collaboration with Design Team
• Lead some projects & assist fellow team members in conducting research
