AI Developers

with

2–5 years of experience

to join our

core product engineering team .

Role Overview

Design and implement

AI-powered learning ,

recommendation systems , and

analytics features

across

mobile apps

and

web dashboards

in a

high-scale production environment . Collaborate with

product ,

mobile ,

backend , and

academic teams

to translate complex learning workflows into robust, maintainable

AI services .

Key Responsibilities

Build and integrate

ML models

for

adaptive learning paths ,

diagnostic assessments ,

content recommendations , and

performance prediction .

Develop and optimize

AI services

for

mentorship copilots ,

doubt-resolution chatbots , and

prescriptive / predictive analytics .

Implement

progression logic ,

mastery thresholds , and

readiness scoring

for

gamified learning journeys

and

real-time dashboards .

Design secure, efficient

data pipelines

for ingesting learner events, aggregating metrics, and generating

reports

and

cohort benchmarks .

Collaborate with

mobile / web teams

to expose AI capabilities through

RESTful APIs , ensuring

low-latency ,

high-reliability

user experiences.

Monitor

model performance

in production, debug issues, and iterate based on feedback.

Follow best practices in

security ,

compliance ,

logging , and

observability .

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years

as an

AI / ML Engineer

or

AI-focused Backend Developer .

Strong proficiency in

Python , with experience in

TensorFlow ,

PyTorch ,

NumPy ,

Pandas ,

scikit-learn .

Experience deploying

ML models

as

APIs / microservices

using

Flask

or

FastAPI .

Solid understanding of

recommendation systems ,

supervised learning , and

basic NLP

for

chatbots / Q&A interactions .

Exposure to

AWS / GCP ,

Docker , and

CI / CD environments .

Knowledge of

RESTful API design ,

JSON ,

role-based access ,

data privacy , and

encryption practices .

Good to Have

Experience with

EdTech ,

adaptive testing ,

leaderboards , or

gamified progression .

Familiarity with

PostgreSQL / MongoDB ,

Redis caching ,

BI tools , and

event-driven architectures .

Prior involvement in

admin panels ,

dashboards , or

internal tools

exposing AI insights.
