Job descriptionOversee company website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms. Ensure all digital channels are aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Develop and curate high-quality content for digital channels (e.g., product information, case studies, thought leadership pieces). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management and sales) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Manage SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Develop and execute social media strategies to engage healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and respond to online comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Develop lead generation strategies to capture and qualify leads. Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates). Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with medical industry regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines, CE marking). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical technology industry. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of medical industry trends, regulations, and compliance. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).
