Network Infrastructure Manager - Cisco Meraki

Description : Role Summary :

The Network Infrastructure Manager will lead the design, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructures across global environments. This role oversees the Cisco?based LAN / WAN ecosystem, SD?WAN deployments, and network operations while collaborating with architecture, security, and cloud teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end to-end network infrastructure operations across global enterprise environments.
• Manage and optimize Cisco LAN, WAN, and SDWAN environments.
• Oversee network performance, capacity planning, uptime, and reliability KPIs.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams on network design enhancements.
• Drive automation and process improvements within Network Operations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and governance requirements.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes for network services.
• Manage vendor engagements, service providers, and global field services.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and workload management for network operations teams.
