Job Title : Performance Marketing Expert – US E-Commerce (Digital Products / Services)

Location : Remote

Shift Timing : Flexible

Experience : 2+ years in Performance Marketing (preferably in US E-Commerce or digital products domain)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to drive growth and ROI for our US-based e-commerce operations focused on digital products and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple paid channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, and other paid media platforms.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns to drive sales, subscriptions, and conversions for digital products and services.
  • Analyze campaign data, track KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Optimize user acquisition strategies and retargeting campaigns to maximize LTV (Lifetime Value) and minimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Stay updated on US market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging performance marketing tools or ad formats.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards showcasing performance metrics and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and maximum profitability.

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing for E-Commerce (US Market) or digital product sales.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, GA4, etc.).
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other E-Commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with email marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tools and methodologies.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in digital product niches (software, subscriptions, online services, etc.) will be an advantage.
