Java Full Stack Developer | Pune (On-site / Hybrid)

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a large-scale enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Build robust backend services using Java , Spring Boot , and microservices architecture .

Work with relational databases such as Oracle , including writing and optimizing SQL queries.

Ensure high-quality releases through code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.

Take ownership of production release planning and execution.

Identify risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities in existing operations.

Mentor mid-level developers and contribute to overall team success.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

7-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Proficiency in Java , React (preferred) , Spring Boot , Kafka , and Distributed Systems .

Hands-on experience with microservices , Docker , and OpenShift (or similar cloud platforms).

Strong understanding of Git branching strategies and Agile methodologies .

Proven experience implementing design patterns and enterprise-level architecture.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

UI tech stack knowledge is a key advantage .

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
