Job descriptionAny Graduate. Experience in Franchise Acquisition in Stock Broking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquisition : Identify and acquire existing and potential new Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners.
- Partner Support : Handhold and work closely with partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and increased transactions. Facilitate the addition of new clients through various initiatives.
- Customer Service : Deliver outstanding pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Opportunity Identification : Identify and capitalize on business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
