Skills and Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in sales and operations management or a related field.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics tracking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Skills Required
