Job description

1. Performance Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage marketplace ad spends (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) in collaboration with the marketplaces team.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions to maximize ROI.

2. Digital Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and D2C sales.
  • Identify new opportunities for digital expansion (influencer marketing, affiliate programs, emerging platforms).
  • Drive performance across India and international markets.
  • 3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Oversee SEO strategy for LuxaDerme’s website and marketplace content to boost organic visibility.
  • Work with content & creative teams to align messaging, storytelling, and brand tone across channels.
  • Ensure blogs, newsletters, and campaigns are optimized for both engagement and search.
  • 4. Analytics & Insights

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Advertising Console, and other dashboards to track campaign performance.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • A / B test creatives, messaging, and targeting to continuously improve results.
  • 5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead a small digital team (executives + interns) and manage external agencies / freelancers when needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketplaces, design, operations, and brand teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activity in beauty / skincare.
  • Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care, or FMCG .
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing .
  • Experience managing D2C e-commerce websites (Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
