Job Description :

Zencon is seeking an US IT Recruiter to work remotely to support our current recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Interview candidates and understand technical jargon

Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates

Conduct Boolean searches

Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing

Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes

Use creativity in finding the right talent

Hit weekly targets

Update resume formatting to make it presentable

Must have good communication skills

Must have at least 2 to 6 years US IT Recruiting experience

Expectations of the job :

Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week.

Minimum 1 closure in a month
