R&D Scientist - Surfactants

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced R&D Scientist with 3-5 years of hands-on and leadership experience in process R&D within the Surfactants & Emulsifiers industry. The role involves driving development, optimization, and scale-up of organic molecules from lab to pilot / commercial scale, ensuring cost-effective, safe, and sustainable processes.

Requirements :

• Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry with 3–5 years of industrial R&D experience
• Minimum 2 years in the Surfactant & Emulsifiers industry
• Strong expertise in esterification, sulfonation, ethoxylation, propoxylation, and carboxylation
• Experience in process safety, technology
