Cloud Architect

Description :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cloud Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Azure and enterprise-scale cloud-native solution design. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Azure services, microservices architecture, and DevOps automation, along with the ability to lead teams in designing, modernizing, and scaling distributed systems.

This is a senior, hands-on architectural role requiring both technical depth and strategic leadership ideal for someone who can define architecture roadmaps, mentor engineering teams, and drive the successful delivery of complex cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and implement cloud-native applications leveraging Azure services such as Functions, Blob Storage, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Define and own application architecture patterns, microservices strategy, and integration frameworks aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead solution design sessions and provide architecture guidance to development, DevOps, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices for cloud development, deployment, and governance.
• Architect and implement microservices using Docker or similar container platforms, ensuring resiliency and observability.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, reference implementations, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates.
• Embed security, compliance, cost optimization, and performance best practices into application designs.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts and evaluate emerging technologies for cloud modernization.
• Partner with DevOps teams to define CI / CD pipelines, release strategies, and automation frameworks using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Mentor engineers and architects on DevOps, cloud patterns, automation, and resilience strategies.
• Drive governance, documentation, and continuous improvement across application delivery processes.
