Job Title : Non-Tech Recruiter (Contract) – (Walk in , Monday to Friday @ 6.30 pm)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to support hiring for our US Residential Mortgage Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mortgage domain hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for both volume and niche roles within the operations function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the US Residential Mortgage domain, including roles in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Quality Control.
• Partner with business teams to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ suitability, domain exposure, and communication skills.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.
• Support hiring drives and virtual interviews across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad locations.
