Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in breads, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include preparing a variety of breads following specified recipes, maintaining high standards of food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, assisting in inventory management, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the workspace. The candidate will support and collaborate with the team to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in baking and preparing a wide range of breads, including knowledge of techniques and recipes.
• Understanding of quality control and food safety standards, with experience in maintaining hygiene in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to support team collaboration and maintain a positive work environment.
• Previous experience in a bakery or patisserie is preferred.
• A culinary certification or relevant training in baking and pastry arts is highly beneficial.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
