Location : Bangalore / Pune

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python scripting , cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) , system administration (Windows and Linux) , and patch management . You will play a key role in automating infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining security compliance across our environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and improve DevOps processes, automation scripts, and tools using Python .
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Perform Windows and Linux patch management , including scheduling, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline and automate CI / CD pipelines.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Maintain and improve system monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
  • Analyse system performance and recommend optimizations for infrastructure and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, networking, and application deployment.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a DevOps , System Engineering , or Cloud Engineering role.
  • Strong Python scripting skills for automation and system management.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Strong Python development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .
  • Solid experience in Windows Server and Linux system administration (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
  • Expertise in patch management and understanding of patch deployment tools.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Certification in AWS, Azure, Linux, or related fields would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
