Job description :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead proficient in both React.js and Python to lead the development of scalable web applications in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the technical strategy, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing and developing robust front-end and back-end solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing sprints and code reviews efficiently. The role demands flexibility due to the hybrid work model and a pay cycle of 45 days.

Mendatory Skills :

• 6–10 years of full-stack development experience with React.js and Python
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and integration
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux) and Python frameworks (Django, Flask)
• Proficiency in database design (SQL & NoSQL)
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
