Position : Finance Intern – PTP / RTR
Duration : 6 Months Internship
Stipend : ₹15,000 per month
Location : Perungudi, Chennai
Employment Type : Internship (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Interns to join our Finance team, supporting Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The role offers hands-on exposure to core finance operations and an opportunity to gain real-time experience in corporate finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Procure to Pay (PTP) :
- Support invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
- Assist in verifying and maintaining supplier records and documentation.
- Help track purchase orders and resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely vendor payments.
Record To Report (RTR)
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.Support in preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.Help maintain accuracy in financial records and ledgers.Work on financial reporting, analysis, and audit support activities.Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA-Finance / equivalent).Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.Good communication and interpersonal skills — ability to coordinate across teams.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools / software.Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude.Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.What We Offer
