Job description
  • Recovering overdue payments from customers through communication and negotiation.
  • Conducting field visits to audit and collect payments.
  • Maintaining proper records and providing feedback to management on service and billing issues.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned collection targets for specific areas.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
  • Engaging with customers to address concerns, resolve grievances, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to inform business strategy and improve service.
  • Retrieving company assets, such as boxes or other equipment, from departing customers.
