What we’re looking for :

We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.

• You have spent at 4-7 years of experience designing modern applications with user-centric design principles.
• You have worked on B2B SaaS applications and have a good understanding of conversational experiences.
• You can stay on top of non-functional requirements and can build scalable design systems, responsive layouts and accessible experiences.
• You have hands-on experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator every day to get work done.
• You can collaborate with a team full of opinionated people and stay unbiased while presenting your ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• You should be able to improvise and make quick design decisions while leveraging basic design principles and common sense.
• You need to come in with a growth mindset and push yourself to get better every day.
• You have taken the time to read and understand our cultural values. Most importantly, you can collaborate with your teammates without acting like a jerk.
