Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager, based in Salem. The Duty Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing guest concerns and resolving challenges promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the property operates smoothly and efficiently. The Duty Manager will also maintain compliance with safety and quality standards and contribute to achieving guest satisfaction goals.
