About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Backend Developer

to design, build, and optimize backend systems that power high-performance, scalable applications. You will work with modern technologies, drive cloud migration initiatives, and ensure the robustness of our backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

microservices

and

RESTful APIs

for scalable systems.

Lead

cloud migration

and

containerization

efforts using Kubernetes.

Implement and optimize

data processing

and

messaging frameworks

with Kafka.

Enhance

observability

and performance monitoring using

OpenTelemetry .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

5–6 years

of backend development experience.

Strong expertise in

Java

and

Python .

Hands-on experience with

Kubernetes ,

Kafka , and

OpenTelemetry .

Proven experience in

microservice architecture

and

API design .

Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and

container orchestration .
