Job description10-20 years of experience in microfinance or related field with expertise in group lending products like SHG & Group Loan. Strong understanding of financial inclusion concepts and ability to work effectively with diverse client segments. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Proven track record of achieving targets set by management while maintaining high levels of portfolio performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for originating group loans across various sectors such as SHGs, MFIs, Microfinance Institutions (MFI), and other groups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to drive growth in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for product development, sales promotion, and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers while maintaining high levels of portfolio quality.
