Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Data Tester to design, build, and execute test strategies for data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data warehouse systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data validation, automation, and quality assurance processes in data-driven environments.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design and implement test strategies for ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehouse projects.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for data validation, data transformation, and quality checks.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and consistency checks across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and BI teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
• Validate data against business rules, mapping documents, and transformation logic.
• Conduct regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Identify defects, document issues, and ensure timely closure with development teams.
• Maintain test documentation, test cases, test results, and adhere to testing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data quality frameworks, governance policies, and standards.
