US Accounting Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive U.S. Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting operations in compliance with U.S. GAAP, assisting in month-end and year-end close activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits, both internal and external.
• Assist with tax reporting and compliance as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
