Schedule : 10 AM to 5 PM (Mon-Sat)

About the role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. In this role, you’ll help bring our ideas and messages to life through meaningful, minimal, and aesthetically refined design. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone who understands visuals and can design with emotion, simplicity, and balance. Experience creating designs for our programs, static ads, carousels, and marketing materials, etc.

Key responsibilities :

Design & Creation :

Design engaging visual content for social media (static posts, carousels, posters, and paid ads)
Create brand-aligned materials for programs, workshops, and retreats
Develop layouts, typography, and visuals that communicate emotion and clarity
Translate ideas or themes into designs that evoke connection and awareness
Maintain consistency with the brand’s tone, colors, and overall aesthetic

Brand Identity & Consistency :

Ensure all visuals align with our brand guidelines and spiritual / conscious tone

Evolve the design language thoughtfully while preserving visual harmony

Work with the content and illustration team to refine the overall visual identity

Collaboration & Adaptability :

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to co-create designs

Be open to feedback and iterations

Repurpose or adapt existing designs for new formats and platforms

You're a great fit if you :

Have a good sense of design aesthetics, typography, and composition

Can create visually soothing and intentional designs that carry emotional resonance

Are familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma

Have experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, and digital campaigns

Are organised, reliable, and can manage multiple design tasks independently

Are open to exploring themes of yoga, spirituality, mindfulness, and conscious living

Have a portfolio or samples of your design work that reflect your style and range
