KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform comprehensive manual and automated accessibility audits and assessments of our digital products, websites, and applications, identifying potential barriers and suggesting improvements to meet relevant accessibility standards.
• Review design files (e.G., Figma, Adobe XD) to identify accessibility issues before development.
• Develop and implement accessibility policies and guidelines, staying up to date with the latest accessibility regulations (e.G. WCAG, ADA, EU Accessibility Act) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other accessibility specialists, developers, designers, content creators, and product managers, to ensure accessibility considerations are integrated into the development lifecycle from the early stages.
• Monitor and assess ongoing compliance with accessibility standards and regulations, recommending actions to address any non-compliance issues.
• Champion the importance of accessibility internally and externally, advocating for accessibility as an integral part of our organization's values and mission.
