We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in hotel operations or management consulting . The ideal candidate will oversee property performance, ensure operational excellence, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and cost-control strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
- Manage tenant relations and ensure smooth occupancy processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance property value and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Key Requirements :
8–10 years of experience in property or facility management.Exposure to the hotel industry or management consulting preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in facility management tools and reporting systems.
