Build strong and active relationships with clients (UHNI / Family Offices).
Ensure quick resolution and keeping client informed about the progress for their transactions.
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
Proactively escalating potential issues / concerns.
Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaise with various internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments / queries.
Ensuring account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
Ensuring internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.
Suggesting internal process improvements.
Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and acting as a sole point of contact for RM’s, Clients and the Operations Team.
