Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our ERP , which includes modules for HRMS , Loan origination, servicing, collections, recovery , and mobile applications . The role involves managing a cross-functional team of 25+ members, ensuring seamless integration of on-premise and cloud systems, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple modules
  • Coordinate efforts across a 25-member cross-functional team , including developers, QA engineers, BAs, and DevOps .
  • Oversee and manage both on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (GCP) for application hosting and scaling.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery using Agile methodologies , utilizing Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage expectations.
  • Work closely with engineering teams proficient in .NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB to ensure technical feasibility and performance.
  • Manage source control and CI / CD pipelines using Git and other DevOps tools.
  • Integrate and supervise the development of AI modules in alignment with loan risk scoring, predictive collections, or customer profiling.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in FinTech or banking software domains .
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise systems, especially in Loan Lifecycle Management .
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum , Jira, and Git workflows.
  • Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and on-prem server architecture .
  • Familiarity with tech stack : .NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB .
  • Knowledge of integrating AI modules into enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
  • Prior experience in regulatory-compliant financial applications.
  • Exposure to mobile application development lifecycle and deployment.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
