Job description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with Angular expertise and basic Java knowledge to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience working with Angular (version 8 or above) to build intuitive, high-performance web applications. A foundational understanding of Java-based backends (Spring Boot or similar) is expected for effective collaboration with backend teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers and backend developers to translate design mockups into high-quality code.
  • Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs developed using Java / Spring Boot.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across different browsers and devices.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient frontend code while following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in daily Agile / Scrum meetings, sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (preferably Angular 8 or later).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend components with backend services.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Exposure to version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools and performance tuning.
