Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution architecture standards, ensuring best practices are applied across projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that meet business objectives.
• Provide oversight and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance enterprise capabilities.
• Develop reference architectures, reusable components, and frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business units.
