Job description

Key Develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate potential partners aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to maximize partner engagement and success.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements to strengthen partnerships.
  • Provide partners with training, resources, and support to optimize collaboration and business outcomes.
  • Manage partner onboarding and enablement processes.
  • Resolve partner issues promptly and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Report regularly to senior management on partner activities and and Skills :
  • Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business development and partnership management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
