We are looking for a Support Team Lead to oversee our customer support team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with experience in leading a team to deliver exceptional service. This role involves managing the daily operations of the support team, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the support team to ensure high-quality customer service and support.
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a customer support or team lead role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Proficiency in support software and tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track team performance and customer satisfaction.Education
