Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in automotive domain sales , particularly in embedded software services and product engineering . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of embedded software and product engineering services in the automotive domain (e.g., ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, Connectivity, AUTOSAR).
  • Identify and engage with target clients, including Tier-1 suppliers, OEMs, and technology partners .
  • Generate new business through lead generation, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting and presentations to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor offerings and prepare client-specific solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in the automotive space.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales / business development, with at least 3+ years in the automotive embedded / software domain .
  • Solid understanding of automotive technologies and trends (such as IVI, ADAS, Vehicle Connectivity, AUTOSAR).
  • Proven ability to close large deals and meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong network within the automotive ecosystem – especially Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
