We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Executive to help us generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and drive our sales pipeline to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other B2B platforms.
- Identify and target potential clients for Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and MERN stack projects.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations.
- Nurture leads through effective follow-ups and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT services or eCommerce sales.Strong understanding of Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and custom web development.Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Why Join Us?
